As the Team Lead Store Processes & Support you will report to the manager Store & Process Improvement and lead a team of 3 people to give optimal support to the international store organization. You are the eyes and ears of our stores and you understand the challenges they are facing.
In this role you act as a gatekeeper of the execution of central processes that effect the stores, to realize minimum impact in the stores. You drive improvements for store equipment and collaborate with process owners to develop new or improve existing processes. Furthermore you support implementations of new central processes.
In this role you are the point of contact for general operational questions and issues. You are the connecting link between, and work closely with, stores, line management and other departments like Commerce and IT.
Meet your team
Our Store Operations department provides service in three areas to all the countries in which we are represented: productivity, staff management and stock management. The team organises and structures everyday activities of our stores worldwide and maintains a close collaboration with regional managers, Country HR and Supply Chain. Properly organised and efficiently stocked stores allow our employees to serve their customers in the best, most efficient way. This is you
As a Team Lead Store Processes and Improvement you get energy from improvements and solving issues. You have excellent collaborating skills, feel responsible and proactively address problems.
Furthermore you have a(n)
- Bachelor degree
- 5 - 10 years of experience in retail operations and/or business process optimization
- You have an in depth knowledge of store processes
- Fluent in English, any other European language is preferred
- Willingness to travel
