Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be a part of the Managed Technology Services (MTS) team that's mission is to improve technology experience of healthcare providers and patients through innovative performance-based business models. You will direct and guide the activities of programs consisting of multiple and related projects executed by performing organizations and/or staff, you will ensure the execution is in line with the business strategy. You will supervise resources, select, develop, coach and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficiency of operation and efficiency of the function. Deploy service tools, processes and engage with the markets for design and implementation. Participate at global cross sector processes and tool discussions, represent the service organization needs, and view point.

You are responsible for

  • Reviewing current IT landscape to recommend process to leave to automation of contract entitlement and invoicing of financed MTS deals
  • Pro-actively implementing and deploying process changes and IT tools to move MTS business forward.
  • Participating in design discussions for Services at either the Philips or BG level and drive process definition and impact assessments in those discussions.
  • Being the focal point for Service organization towards the Service managers on business and market level.
  • Translating the MTS requirement of the MTS team into other Pil Programs (NPI2Cash, In Sap, SFDC, Service max, etc.)
  • On financials, Pursuing process and IT changes and deployments with both business and financial impact in mind pertinent to MTS,
  • Supporting efficiency efforts by improving output of tools and procedures in coordination with BPE teams.
  • Improving service financial reporting landscape in markets for better visibility of MTS service in Philips with head of finance
  • Capturing feedback, potential deployment issues and possible improvement request for the systems/tools
  • Coordinating with Cross Sector initiatives as required to ensure benchmarking of standard methodology and synergies.

You are a part of

You will be part of the Managed Technology Services team, which is one of the five preconfigured solutions that will transform Philips from a product centric organization into a solution driven company. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • BSc Degree
  • Preferred MSc/MBA
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in the job
  • Knowledge of project management methods in Philips (e.g PMBOK) and of estimation techniques(resources, time and risks) for the relevant functions/disciplines
  • Strong financial skills
  • Excellent analytical, organization and time management skills
  • Team player and team leading skills
  • Self-Starter, capable of motivating both remote and office teams
  • Minimum Philips Project Management Certification=Practitioner or Expert
  • Professional knowledge of project management methods, and estimation techniques (resources, cost, time and risks) for the relevant technical/functional discipline. PMP level or equivalent mandatory
  • Knowledge of quality and compliance requirements
  • Communication skills to manage relations with executive/management
  • PMP Certified
  • Proactively managing the change
  • Being able to motivate, direct and integrate multiple functions and staff
