Action opens stores in Europe every week. We grow at lightning speed, with no less than 30% growth per year. This means more customers, but also increasingly larger amount of employees. As we are expanding we need to support our growth in the most effective way and make sure that our HR technology is ready.
Your daily work
As a leader of a new team, you are ensuring that the HR SSC continuously improves its services to its customers by making sure the systems, processes and projects are executed smoothly. This role reports directly to Head of HR SSC and is main point of contact for all development and improvement projects.
The Team Lead HR Technology (HR SSC) is driven and open, is able to work strategically with policies and plans, but also hands on operationally (budget, performance management, reporting, etc). Is someone who builds relationships at all levels and through all business areas, and is a manager who leads by example. We are looking for someone who can focus and give guidance into the future developments of HR and at the same time is flexible and understands the workload of the daily operations and supports when needed in other areas.
What makes a good Manager Development team HR SSC at Action
You are analytically strong, creative and communicative. A go-getter. You are also service-oriented, proactive and no-nonsense. You know how to turn 'big data' into real business value. You communicate efficiently at different international levels within our organization. Furthermore, you have:
- HBO / WO work and high level of thinking
- At least 7 years of experience in HR development / HR systems team
- Experience with HR systems solutions, preferably Successfactors
- Good command of Dutch and English, in word and writing.
