The main focus of the HR Manager role is to deliver the people strategy to the International HQ organization, support the expansion strategy in new countries and ensure scalable growth of the HQ Intl organization, in line with the overall Action strategy.

What will you be doing in a daily basis?
As a HR Manager you will report directly to the HR director and will manage a team of 3 HR Business Advisors in the construction of a consistent and scalable HR landscape. You will work closely with the HR Project management, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Shared Service centre teams, all based at our IHQ in Zwaagdijk-Oost. You will keep close relationship with the Countries HR managers and ensure the ways of working (policies, tools, systems, etc) and best practices are being applied in a consistent way, while keeping the country specifics in mind and documented.

- Academic degree (preferably in Human Resources Management) in combination with minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience in an international environment
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent English language skills (verbal/written)
- Comprehensive understanding of HR instruments
- Extensive knowledge of current trends and practices within HR
