International Account Manager - FrieslandCampina
FrieslandCampina is looking for an International Account Manager who is ready for a second step in his or her career. From this position you will close contracts with customers, ensures that the (best) demand forecast is known, manages relationships with its customers and your FrieslandCampina colleagues. You will be responsible for the agreed volumes and gross profit for the defined group of customers. You will work in a dynamic international buisness-to-business dairy environment and be supported by enthusiastic sales, marketing and technical sales support colleagues.

Wat we vragen
- Bachelor / master (HBO-WO) level with 3 till 5 years' experience ;
- Sales experienced, preferably in B2B environment;
- Basic knowledge of Business Development, marketing & procurement;
- Account management and n egotiation;
- Analytical thinking and d igital savvy;
- Show business and commercial sense;
- Willingness to travel (20/25%).

Sales strategy for your own domain
- Translate Sales strategy to group of customers of own area of responsibility
- Define targets to meet strategy
- Identify and capture market developments and opportunities
- Define opportunities (existing customers/new products, new customers/existing products and new customers/new products)
- Manage and accelerate opportunities through pipeline
- Identify ways to innovate (product/service/business model)
- Prepare customer contact
- Negotiate with customer
- Close contract (incl. Terms and Conditions)
- Manage contract (e.g. payment, complaint handling)
- Ensure customer demand is known, challenged and well depicted in demand plan
- Improve the quality of the forecast (accuracy/bias/timely)
- Manage accounts
- Ensure best customer experience
- Align with relevant stakeholders within broader FC-organization
- Steer on financial parameters
- Use relevant digital tools to support commercial processes
