(Senior) Manager Change Management

We are searching for a talented and passionate (Senior) Manager Change Management to strengthen our change management practice.

This is how

As a (Senior) Manager Change Management you will have responsibility for the design and delivery of the change management (for mostly IT- enabled) organizational transformation programs with activities including:

  • working with senior leadership teams to deliver value through people, by redesigning organizations, building capability, developing effective leadership teams and embedding behavioral change;
  • effectively design and manage change in complex organizational contexts;
  • supporting the people side of technology or data driven organizational transformations
  • translating the organizational strategy into the change strategy and managing the execution of this strategy;
  • creating the conditions for successful organizational change.

Organizations are under a constant pressure to change and adapt to meet de demands and wishes of the market, regulations, employees, and other stakeholders. A proficient change management approach with a clear vision is essential for organizations to change successfully. As a change management professional you will guide and support clients developing and implementing (large, international) transformations. With the services we deliver and the transformations we guide, human capital is always put at the heart of change. For example, you will provide advice on the implementation of a new process or IT-system, guiding the human side of mergers, developing and supporting change strategies and shaping the corresponding communications and change approach.

What you offer

You have the courage to try out new things and to keep learning, even if there are setbacks along the way. For the role of (Senior) Manager Change Management, you also have:

  • Proven work experience on behavioural and/or technology enabled change management programs, including experience with large scale transformations;
  • a completed master's degree;
  • relevant consultancy experience within an international business context and the private sector (such as Consumer Business or Financial Services);
  • strong entrepreneurial and commercial skills (both internal as client focused);
  • deep knowledge and expertise of organizational change management;
  • proven experience of leading successful teams and managing large engagements on time and within budget;
  • proven experience with designing and facilitating impactful interventions;
  • experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams and fast-paced project environments;
  • excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • fluent in Dutch and English (orally and written).
