As Assistant Operations Manager you are part of the operations team in the Eindhoven region and will be working on developing and improving the organization and operation. You will be working closely together with Team Leaders, the Operations Manager, and other departments such as Quality, Sourcing and Sales.
The main responsibilities are: cover for Operations Manager in his absence due to increased work, ensure smooth daily operations, manage capacity across departments, replace team leaders during absence together with senior operators, manage and motivate team leaders and support them in managing their teams, continuous improvement in processes and tools and prepare investment proposals for equipment and tools for production.

Have you got several years of working experience as a teamleader in a similar environment (production/logistics). Preferably experience in a cleanroom environment. Excellent communication skills both written and verbally in Dutch and English. Ability to cope with stress/pressure/deadlines. Customer first mentality. A Team Player with great cooperative skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and cope with a changing environment. Hands on and willing to walk the extra mile to get things done.
