Customer Service German

  • Acting as primary communication contact for accounts
  • Quickly and accurately responds to all customer inquires on orders, supply availability and product information.
  • Manage customer data requests to master data team for SAP data updates
  • Proactively seeks customer feedback to review satisfaction level


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related field
  • 3 to 5 years of customer service German or sales experience
  • (Near) native German and fluent in English
  • Previous experience working in teams
  • Strong time management & organizational skills
  • Works with a sense of urgency and ensures data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP is nice to have
  • Self-motivated to take personal responsibility for outcomes that impact our customer and business
