The role is about being in charge of all the process and policies regarding the HR team of our client, acting as point of contact between employees and company needs
The role regards:
-Acting as point of contact to provide support at all levels
-Monitoring organizational performance
-Ensuring that all employment contracts are up to date
-Support the HR team for planning events and conference
-Being in charge of all the main tasks and duties of the department
-Being able to run an entire department of 20 people
-Being the point of contact between HR department and management field.
The successful candidate has a bachelor degree and a strong interest for hr policies and processes
