As Global Bid & Tender manager you create synergies within the Hospital market to effectively manage Contracts & Tender management and driving the moment of discharge. This means maximizing the outpatient opportunity and sell the value of medical nutrition as a part of valueproposition.

Within this position the key responsibility is to set out and train the the local teams on the strategy of the bid and tender management procedures. In your role you are in contact with the General managers, sales/accountmanagers and the health care providers (HCP's).

As the hospital channel is the key initiator for growth in the homecare channel you will play a crucial role in this: you will support the countries how to build the most effective relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and partake the lead in our contract and tender management process. Develop winning value propositions to help our Commercial Business Units (CBU's) to become partner of choice in selected hospitals through value-added solutions. Through your Contract & Tender management expertise you are able to drive and increase local tender management capabilities. You will take lead to develop, facilitate and deliver workshops on a global scope and follow up to track implementation and performance.

30%- 40% traveling is part of this position.


You are well aware of ins and outs within the Hospital sector. Moreover, you are the Expert in Contract & Tender Management. You have worked in sales or marketing and have built the healthcare sector. You are aware of the opportunities and of the challenges within the healthcare segment. It comes easy to you to connect with people on different levels and you have the ability to translate complex information into inspiring workshops to grow your peers across the globe. You show a structured approach in your way of working and have an analytical mindset. Due to the global role and the countries you will be working with, you must speak fluent English. You have a global mindset and are culturally aware. If you are not a Contract & Tender management expert within the hospital sector this role is not for you.

  • Knowledge of the Hospital sector;
  • Having a relevant network in the Hospital sector;
  • Experience in Contract & Tendermanagement;
  • Multilevel contact;
  • Analytical;
  • International and multicultural mindset;
  • Fluent in English, Spanish would be an advantage.
